October 23, 2010I have always wanted to visit the continent of Africa, and finally I took a trip which was organized by Tintoye Tours to Ghana. What an experience! Being in Ghana, I felt as though I was on a pilgrimage. My ancestry must have been Ghanian.
At the castles where slaves were held and from where they were shipped, it proved very emotional. We travelled South to North, West to East, visiting rain forests, game reserve parks, etc., etc.
That Ghana visit made me want to see more of the continent.
This culture experience should be enjoyed by all who are of African decent, born outside the continent be he or she white, black, yellow, or whatever.
I found Ghana an excellent place to start and I would recommend the trip to anyone who would like to have a good trip.
